Welcome to Week 4 of our ‘Positivity Programme’. Just like Weeks 1, 2 and 3, Week 4 is definitely going to be full of positivity!

Graeme from Glasgow Goalball Club was in charge of Workout Wednesday last week and this week it is Yusuf from Birmingham Goalball Club. A reminder that the session takes place between 12pm and 1pm with lots of time for chat as well as some sit-ups, star jumps, burpees, press-ups, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, planks and more………..you’ll enjoy it, honest!

Last week we had a Scavenger Hunt hosted by Tom. The winner was Sam Gough who by the end of the evening had a very random collection of items in her room including an egg, some flowers, some keys, a light bulb, a yoghurt, a Henry Hoover, some boxer shorts and, of course, a goalball!
