We are about to undertake an assessment of the customer experience that we provide, with the aim of firstly optimising that experience, and secondly being recognised with the ‘Investor in Customers’ independent accreditation. To that end, we would like to invite you to participate in the review that we have asked Investor in Customers (IIC) to undertake.
I sent an email to our database yesterday telling everyone, in the next few days, you will receive an email from Investor in Customers inviting you to complete a web-based questionnaire. We would like to emphasise that:

- It is totally safe to follow
- Your email data is secure and confidential to IIC
- The review is anonymous so please be totally honest
- The questionnaire will only take a few minutes for you to complete
Investor in Customers carries out independent assessments of organisations, delivering customer (players, officials, volunteers) and employee feedback around the customer experience that they provide, with interpretation of these results and recommendations for improvement.
