Goalball UK are pleased to share the invitation criteria for the 2024-2025 Performance Pathway Programme.
This new approach to programme delivery is currently going through a transitional phase with the full programme covering the period of 1 December to 30 November on an annual basis.
The programme is by invitation. It will bring together players from:
- Talent
- Performance Potential
- High Performance
They will join a holistic pathway delivering training, support, and opportunity to players at all levels. The aim is to deliver a clear and exciting pathway for goalball players nationwide and to develop and select athletes who will form teams to achieve the best possible results in competitions.
The programme is open to any athlete in our system to apply. If you aspire to progress in our sport, then Goalball UK wants to hear from you, and we encourage you to complete the nomination form.
We will consider nominations from individual players or from clubs. However, if you are completing this form on behalf of someone else, please discuss the programme with the individual before submitting.
The deadline for submissions is Thursday 31 October 2024.
*Please note that existing Performance Pathway Programme Players do not need to complete the nomination form.
