Goalball UK are thrilled to announce the Men and Women Squads who will be competing at the 2025 IBSA European A Championships in Pajulahti, Finland from Sunday 28th September until Monday 6th October.

Faye Dale-Cook, GBR Men Lead Coach said: “This selection marks the next stage for Goalball UK’s new Performance Pathway Programme. I am incredibly proud of everyone involved and all the hard work put in behind the scenes. The European A Championships will be a fantastic opportunity to bring in new developing athletes alongside our experienced high level athletes. I wish the whole Great Britain team the best of luck and can’t wait to see what can be achieved by this fantastic group of people.”
Gary Lambert, GBR Women Lead Coach said: “I am immensely proud of the development of all athletes in the programme and the 12 chosen to represent Great Britain at the European A Championships have achieved selection through hard work and determination with the assistance of a world class performance staff team.
There is less than 3 years to LA2028 but for now we focus all our attention on Pajulahti, Finland, having set ourselves ambitious but achievable goals across both men’s and women’s programmes. I know we will all be doing our utmost to make everyone involved with Goalball UK proud.”
