Last year, on Saturday 20th March, we challenged the #GoalballFamily to walk, jog or run 5k. Well, we’re doing the same again this year so on Saturday 19th March put your trainers on and go for it!
If you have been considering doing a parkrun for a while, this could be the perfect day to start. Or maybe it will give you the motivation to head to the gym. It doesn’t have to be a walk, jog or run – you can cycle, row, swim or even hop! Anything goes! Just whatever you decide to do, remember to share photos and videos on social media of you (and your family, friends, dog, etc.) taking part and we’ll add you to our ‘Hall of Fame’.
