Each Friday during the coronavirus lockdown we’ll be selecting our favourite social media activity from the Goalball Family and beyond.

We hope that this round up can help to keep you entertained and provide inspiration to help you stay active during this period when we have to remain at home.

On Monday we launched another social media challenge and we’re thrilled that so many of you are taking on the 10 photos challenge!

Let’s take a look at some more to get the round-up started this week and get underway with goalball superstar and NHS hero Sarah Leiter…
We absolutely loved that the challenge has gone international! Check out one of the posts from Belgian Paralympian Tom Vanhove…
The official Paralympics Games Twitter account has also been looking back at their favourite goalball memories. Check out this video from Rio 2016 of Turkey winning the gold medal – we’re sure this will inspire all the aspiring Paralympians playing in this country…
Our friends at South Wales Goalball Club made a very good point about goalballers in this current climate!
Great Britain player Meme Robertson has many talents as well as being a star goalballer, check out her amazing drumming with a goalball twist…
Last but certainly not least comes from our friends at the RNIB. This week they issued an urgent appeal for support to help them support blind and partially sighted people during the coronavirus pandemic…

Remember to keep sharing what you’re up to and using the hashtags #GoalballFamily. and #StayInWorkOut – we love following what you’re all getting up to during this period!

Also, continue to check our social media channels for more fun challenges we are launching soon.

Keep safe Goalball Family!
