Fantastic to hear that Birmingham Goalball Club have been getting together online for a HIT-related session – we’re sure you all felt it the next day!
As part of our Fitness for Life project, @jeffs_conna ran a HIT-related fitness session over zoom last night insuring that many players part of the club are still able to remain fit during lockdown.
