Not only is it important to stretch after a workout but it is also important to warm up properly prior to a session as well. When your muscles are warmed up, the movements, stretches & strain put on them during a workout is less severe, thus preventing injury & reducing soreness. pic.twitter.com/iSAqFNgedF
