Performance Pathway Programme
Introducing the new Goalball UK Performance Pathway Programme, a transparent and inspiring Pathway Programme for all players within the sport.
Delivered on an annual basis, players are invited onto the appropriate pathway stage based on the published invitation criteria.
Objectives
The primary goal of the Goalball UK Performance Pathway Programme is to develop and select athletes who will form teams to achieve the best possible results in competitions. The definition of best possible results will be determined specifically within each squad and in line with our wider aspirations for the sport.
The new look Performance Pathway Programme will consists of four stages:

| Talent | Intermediate to Super League | Preparing players to progress to performance potential |
