Croysutt Warriors and #FindTheNext Goalball Academy player Alex Ulysses is raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust and is completing 100 squats a day in February!
150 Squats done so far another 50 to go today then it’ll be 200🎉💪🏽
For the next week I will be doing squats without weights and then for the next three weeks I will be increases the weights I use when I squat!💪🏽 let’s go only 26 days to go
