Following the success of Summer Camp in 2021, we are pleased to announce our Summer Camp is returning for 2022!
The camp will feature lots of opportunities to socialise with old and new friends, both on and off the goalball court!
The camp will run from Monday 1st August 2022, arriving 12:30-1:30 pm, through to Thursday 4th August 2022, a departure from 12:30 pm.
Summer Camp 2022 is open to existing players aged between 10 and 17 years, alongside players (10-17) who are new to the sport. For example, players who have attended school sessions, or only just started with their club.
Goalball UK staff on the camp will be there to support all players to have a great time. Goalball UK staff will also ensure all players undertake the necessary orientation for themselves (e.g., showing them around their rooms, and learning key routes). However, we would request that any young person attending is independent in terms of their personal hygiene and getting dressed etc.
This camp is being run alongside our #FindTheNext Goalball Academy. If you are already attending as an Academy member you do not need to book on to Summer Camp 2022
- Venue: Nottingham Trent University – Clifton Campus, College Drive, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11 8NS.
- Entry cost: £150
- Accommodation: Single en-suite bedroom with towels and bedding provided.
- Meals: Meals will be provided throughout the camp (there will be no lunch provided on Monday 1st August)
