  • Two hours goalball practice in schools squash court twice a week
  • Tandem cycle rides every other day – averaging 20 miles a week
  • Daily guided walks before the arrival of my tandem bike
  • 60 second defending goalball challenge
  • 2 x 90 mins Zoom Art Session with tutor (Duke of Edinburgh)
  • 2 x 30 min Zoom Art Therapy sessions
  • Volunteering with local disability group (food parcels)
  • Playing with my cats
