Group image of the goalball family, from the 2019 End of Season tournament. Each Friday during the Coronavirus lockdown we’ll be selecting our favourite social media activity from the #GoalballFamily.

We hope that this round up can help to keep you entertained, provide inspiration and help you #StayInWorkOut during this period when we have to remain at home.

At the beginning of this week, we set our own challenge for the #GoalballFamily. We were delighted that so many of you gave it a go and had fun, even if some of you made it look very easy!

Our favourite toilet roll throwing video came from Goalball UK Official Alex Cockerham, check it out below…
Next up is Keira, who translated Joe Wicks’ incredibly popular home workout into braille. Such a fantastic idea to make it totally inclusive for our community…
Our friends at the RNIB and star goalballer Georgie Bullen came up with five fantastic tips to keep busy throughout this period…
As part of Sport England’s ‘Join the Movement’ campaign, they put together 10-minute audio daily home workouts for elderly people. These are great for the blind and partially sighted community too…
It was fantastic to see the international goalball community showing off their hidden talents. We loved this video of Turkey’s Oguzham Zilmaz dance moves, shared by IBSA Goalball…
Finally, we also wanted to bring everyone’s attention to a new petition launched by the Guide Dogs. They want people with sight loss to have priority access to online shopping – we think it is a great idea to ensure the community has essential items at this difficult time…

Remember to keep tagging the official Goalball UK accounts and using the hashtags #GoalballFamily and #StayInWorkOut – we love following what you’re all getting up to during this period!

Also, continue to check our social media channels for more fun challenges we are launching soon.

Keep safe Goalball Family!
