Each Friday we are selecting our favourite social media activity from the Goalball Family and beyond.
We hope that this round-up can help to keep you entertained and provide inspiration to stay active!!
We loved these brilliant pictures of Kate Coghlan, one of our non-exec directors, giving goalball a go with Cambridge Dons!
Many thanks to the @CambridgeDons @GoalballUK for putting up with a novice today. What a fun way to start the weekend! #goalballfamily (images show a team photo, one of players in action and one of me in shades and branded kit) pic.twitter.com/shnjJDkiaC

There was some brilliant news from RNC as they awarded two goalballers amazing accolades – a massive congratulations to Antonia and Conna from everyone at Goalball UK!
Congratulations to @AntoniaB_GB for winning our 'outstanding contribution to sport award' and to @jeffs_conna for also being 'highly commended' for his efforts and contribution. Well done both and to all of our amazing @RNC_Sport students #TeamRNC #athletes https://t.co/u9nRXdQXJl

And our CEO Mark Winder received an accolade of his own, becoming a Freeman of the City of London – great work, Mark!
Loved the positive vibes from Dan Roper about the progress of the men’s GB team – can’t wait for this team to get back to competing internationally!
Last week we had some very disappointing news! The Euros have been postponed! Devastated! But I just got back from a 3 day camp last night and it’s good news!! Our boys just keep getting better and better! Thanks for another amazing camp @GoalballUK #Goalball #LoveTheseGuys

And finally, this time next week we are hoping to find some of these under our Christmas tree!
If you've got friends or family that play #goalball or #blind football a new sound ball or set of eyeshades could make a great Christmas present.
