Goalball UK Taster Sessions

If you’re new to goalball and wish to experience the game firsthand, our Taster Sessions are the perfect starting point.

Led by experienced coaches, these sessions offer an interactive and supportive environment for you to learn the basics, hone your skills, and get a taste of what makes goalball such a fun and accessible sport.

Our upcoming training sessions take place at Woking High School, from 4pm to 6pm, on:

  • Saturday 24 October
  • Saturday 7 November
  • Saturday 12 December

Your first session is completely free, with subsequent sessions costing just £5. Club membership is also free.

Not a member yet? Just email Enquiries@surreygoalball.com, letting us know which session you’d like to attend, and we’ll help you get started.

Goalball UK, together with West Yorkshire Goalball Club, are holding a free taster session in Bradford for blind and partially sighted children aged between 5 and 16.

Come along to have some fun and learn all about this exciting Paralympic sport!

Thanks to funding from Sport Wales, Goalball UK have been working with Disability Sport Wales to establish a new club in North Wales. If you are interested in playing or volunteering, come along to our next taster session.

No previous experience is required.
All the necessary equipment will be provided.

In partnership with Wiltshire and Swindon Sport (WASP), Goalball UK are holding a free taster session in Swindon.

Date: Saturday 21st November
Time: 10am to 12pm
Venue: Croft Sports Centre, Marlborough Lane, Swindon, Wiltshire SN3 1RA

No previous experience is required – just some energy and enthusiasm!
People of all ages are welcome (including sighted family and friends).
